Brief introduction
Hollysys Series magnetic flow meter is intended for fluid metering in most industries including water, waste?water, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical.
The basic components of an electromagnetic flow meter are: ?
The sensor/ detector, which includes the flow tube, isolating liner and measuring electrodes
The converter/ transmitter, which is the electronic device responsible for the signal processing, flow calculation, display and output signals.
Each meter is factory tested and calibrated.?A calibration certificate is included with each meter.
This high pressure electromagnetic flow meter adopt high pressure flange, and pressure test in production, special designed for high pressure line, such as 10bar, 16bar, 20bar, 25bar, 40bar, 63bar,100bar,250bar, etc.
Features
DN 6 to DN3000 covers a wide range of pipe size.
Flow measurement range up to 1500:1.
High pressure flange are optional, 25bar, 40bar, 63bar, 100bar.
Strict pressure test and calibration production process for each high pressure magnetic flow meter.
A variety of liners and electrodes are available to satisfy different flow characteristic.
No obstacle in the pipe, no pressure-loss and lower requirement for straight pipeline.
Measurement is not affected by the variation of flow density, viscosity, temperature, pressure.
High accuracy measurement is guaranteed according to the linear measurement principle.?
4-20mA, pulse, RS485 or RS232 interface supports digital communication.?
